Exchange Process

  • Exchange is only available for defective products
  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video for verification purposes.
  • Our QC team will inspect the products. If defects are confirmed, an exchange will be arranged (subject to stock availability).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we cause the defect.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The request is made for reasons other than product defects (e.g., personal preference).
  • The product is not in its original condition as delivered.
